Hello friends,Get ready for a microgreen that’s bold, clean, and full of zip—this week we’re featuring the flavorful Daikon Radish Microgreens in our harvest lineup!


🧺 This Week’s Harvest


✔️ Daikon Radish Microgreens – These light green beauties bring a refreshing, peppery flavor similar to fresh daikon root, with just the right amount of heat. High in vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, along with calcium and potassium, they’re a favorite for gut health, detox support, and immune defense.

Available starting Saturday—get them while they’re fresh and fiery!


🥗 Recipe of the Week: Daikon Microgreen Cucumber Slaw

Light, crisp, and perfectly balanced—this dish cools and refreshes with every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup thin-sliced cucumber

  • ¼ cup shredded carrots

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar

  • ½ tsp sesame oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Handful of Daikon Radish Microgreens

  • Optional: Sprinkle of sesame seeds or chopped scallions


Instructions:Toss cucumber and carrots with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add daikon microgreens just before serving for that extra snap and zing.
